Rare Harvest Mad Honey

The rarest form of Mad honey is harvested above 3500 meters from sea level. Few bees living above 3500 meters make it extremely difficult to harvest honey. And, only 200 jars of honey can be produced in a year.

All kinds of Mad honey are traditionally harvested with hunters descending cliffs with man-made ladders to harvest honey nestled beneath jagged overhangs. They squeeze the comb making the honey rich in pollen and bringing out the strong flavor with a strong aroma. It does not need further processing as it is filtered to remove external particles and packed in their most natural forms.
